We are happy to carry out troubleshooting for bikes or motor kits not purchased from Electrobike Zone, however a flat fee will be charged for the work carried out.
Similarly, warranty cases on products not purchased from Electrobike Zone and without additional workshop work or the purchase of a product from us will also be invoiced at the flat rate indicated above.
