How online appointment booking works:

1. choose the day that suits you.

2. choose an available time, bearing in mind that you can bring your bike in until 11am to collect it the same day or drop it off the day before the appointment.

3. enter your contact details as well as the nature of the appointment if it's a service or repair, and details if possible.

4. we'll contact you by phone or e-mail for further details if necessary.

The price list below includes pick-up of the bike, basic adjustments without replacement of parts and labor. If one or more items are not included in the list below, an estimate will be drawn up, the customer will be notified and the hourly rate of 96 francs per hour will be applied.

Our special services

In addition to servicing and maintaining your bike, we have the skills to perform special services on your electric or muscle bike. Here's an overview

Electric bike kit installation

SFr. 350.00

Electrification kit installation includes the following services:

  • Complete bike disassembly.
  • Thorough cleaning of the bike.
  • Installation of the electrification kit.
  • Complete brake maintenance.
  • Derailleur adjustment.
  • Small equipment
  • Test drive to ensure correct operation.

Please note that all replaced parts are billed separately, while labor is included in the kit assembly price.

Special bikes, such as recumbent bikes, or any other request outside the scope of the standard installation, will be invoiced on the basis of an estimate.

If the kit is not purchased from Electrobike Zone, an additional 100 francs will be charged.

Battery test

Battery capacity and operation test included in the package:

  • 2 full battery charges
  • 2 complete battery discharges
  • Leak test

We can carry out battery tests on the following models:

Ultra sound cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning - Complete service for your bike

✔ Complete disassembly of the transmission (chain, cassette, derailleurs, chainring).
✔ Deep ultrasonic cleaning to remove grease and impurities.
✔ Lubrication and greasing of parts for optimal performance.
✔ Careful reassembly and adjustment of components.

✔ Road test to verify proper operation.
