SpeedBox 3.0 for Bosch (incl. Gen4)

We use the original connectors for SpeedBoxes. Thanks to this, installing the chip is very simple and easy. We've also prepared detailed instructions and videos so you can install the unboxing kit yourself. Uninstalling the unlocking kit is just as easy as installing it. If you have any problems coupling the unbridling kit to your bike, please don't hesitate to contact our team.

Before installing the SpeedBox on a brand-new electric bike, you need to travel at least 1 km before activating the SpeedBox.

Important information:

Connect the male-female connectors so that the white grooves face each other. Do not twist the connectors while plugging them in!

Please note that the use of bikes fitted with the unboxing kit may contravene current legislation in some countries. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of SpeedBox products. Electric bicycles equipped with SpeedBox products may not be used on roads, cycle paths or in public spaces. Electric bicycles equipped with SpeedBox products may only be used on private property and under your own responsibility. By using SpeedBox products, you take the risk of losing the warranty on the electric bicycle. 

We also recommend the use of other safety and protective equipment to avoid injury while riding.

Before updating the software on your electric bike, we recommend removing the SpeedBox:

1) Unplug the SpeedBox from the VAE

2) Update your software

3) Reinstall the SpeedBox

The SpeedBox App, a mobile application specially designed for the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning kit, uses Bluetooth technology to pair your cell phone with your electric bike. Once you've downloaded the app and paired your cell phone with your electric bike, you'll be able to view all your cycling data and settings on your cell phone screen. You can save all your journeys and compare them with those of your friends. You can also see how your performance is progressing. You can make the most of your time with your electric bike and consult your ride data later.

The SpeedBox App lets you:

• Save and consult data on your cycling activities
• Set maximum assistance speed
• Tuning Invisible mode setting
• Lock the motor
• Engine diagnostics

The SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning chip can be used without the SpeedBox App. However, the SpeedBox App is the perfect accessory, giving you comprehensive information about your performance.

Download the SpeedBox App onto your cell phone before ordering the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning. Try out the trial version of the app, discover all its tips and tricks, and check that the app works on your cell phone. To pair the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning unboxing kit with your cell phone, it must be equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 technology or higher.
