SpeedBox 1.2 for Shimano is a tuning module dedicated to Shimano motors (E8000, E7000, E6100, E5000). It removes the classic assistance limit, to fully exploit the motor's power. The module displays actual speeds up to 23 km/h, then masks any limits (unlimited speed). It has no Bluetooth connectivity or dedicated application.
Activation or deactivation is performed via the lights function (LIGHT): when the lights are off, the module is activated. It is also possible to connect a wire to the "-" terminal to keep it permanently active, whatever the state of the lights.
Installation is simplified thanks to original, solderless connectors, with instructions and videos provided. We recommend a 10 km ride before activating tuning on a new bike.
A "+ E-Tube port" version is available for engines where all E-Tube ports are already in use (e.g. bikes with Di2, integrated satellite systems, or E5000 engines).
